Communal Bin Store

The communal bin store variant is a compartmentalised bin store specifically designed to accommodate numerous waste bins of different sizes for multiple occupancy buildings. Residents are allocated a bay with access gained by means of lockable gate secured by either mechanical keypad or padlock fix.

Designed to accommodate multiple wheelie bins for individual multiple users, ideal for apartment complexes and private or social housing.

The support structure is made from durable high quality mild steel frame steel which is ‘hot dipped’ galvanised to BS729 as standard which can be polyester powder coated if required in any standard BS or RAL colour 

Cladding options include durable composite slats available in a variety of colours which replicate the grain pattern of natural timber which is virtually maintenance free. FSC and PEFC certified softwood and hardwood or metal cladding available in a range of standard colours to match the roof. 

This is a flexible modular design which is UK manufactured and can be easily adapted and is available in various configurations and sizes. Full manufacturing drawings are submitted upon commission of project.

Roof options include a durable RS32 corrugated metal profile or a sedum ‘green’ lving roof.
